Semi-private training with hands-on feedback and customized programming for each member from one of our medically certified athletic trainers.
Private, one-on-one sessions with our medically certified athletic trainers. Sessions are specifically tailored to meet an individual's goals and aspirations.
Private, one-on-one sessions with our medically certified practitioners. Sessions address the identification or evaluation of a specific injury, rehabilitation of the injury, and return to training.
Consists of four 25-minute sessions a month with our certified athletic trainers. Sessions consist of hands-on manual therapy and modalities such as cupping, dry needling, massage, scraping, red light and taping. Afterwards, take advantage of compression boots, ice bath, cold plunge, and infrared sauna.

You will meet one-on-one with one of our certified athletic trainers to review your training background, injury history, and any current concerns. This helps us understand where you're coming from, what your current training looks like and what you hope to achieve at The Bloc Athletic Club.
You will undergo a series of active and passive movement screens to evaluate your mobility, stability, and movement patterns. These will help us identify areas of strength, mobility and any restrictions that may be present.
We’ll walk you through the findings and explain how they relate to your health, performance, recovery, and current training regimen.
Together, we’ll develop a clear & actionable plan that is tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and your schedule.
Heat, cold, and compression to accelerate recovery, alleviate soreness, and enhance resilience, allowing you to train harder and feel better. Hands-on manual therapy, and modalities such as cupping, dry needling, massage, scraping, red light, and taping.
