- Four 25-minute sessions a month. Sessions consist of hands-on manual therapy and modalities, including cupping, dry needling, massage, scraping, red light therapy, and taping. Afterwards, take advantage of compression boots, ice bath, cold plunge, red light panel, and infrared sauna.
